Starderi

Neive
Starderi

The hill of Starderi is similar in shape and exposure to that of Balluri, in particular along the sunniest slope. The surface planted to vine, on the other hand, is higher as if to reaffirm the greater notoriety acquired over the last twenty years by this MGA, which is capable of expressing some of the most solid and tasty Barbarescos in the entire commune. Of particular value are the vineyards which begin to the east of the Pelisseri hamlet and ends near Cascina Palazzina, where – in the case of the latter – the wines are characterized in general by a warmer and fleshier style.
