Serraboella

Among the MGAs of the Southeastern Sector of Neive, Serraboella is certainly the one that has long enjoyed the greatest notoriety, or at least has been valorised with more conviction by the producers (read, first and foremost, Renato Cigliuti and Paitin). However, as is often the case in wine-growing areas that straddle a ridge, only one of the two slopes has a strong vocation for Nebbiolo, and in this case the one facing towards the centre of Neive. The excellent exposure and light-coloured soils make it possible to obtain wines with a respectable structure and a certain underlying roughness that characterises them.

Menzioni Vigna: Sorì Paitin.
