Rivetti

The Rivetti MGA is located at the initial part of the long ridge that extends from the valley up to Bricco di Neive and the southern border of the Barbaresco appellation. Of the two slopes, the one facing Neive in a westerly direction is the most heavily cultivated and extensive. The soils, initially reddish and well suited to Barbera, become gradually lighter in color as the slope rises approaching the hamlet of Rivetti. Based on the first tastings of the only wine in production to date, the style is smoother and more elegant than Serraboella and Bricco di Neive.
