Pajè

Enclosed by Secondine and Cars in an apparently less favorable position than others, this small MGA – particularly in the area at the foot of the Pajè estate – has earned an excellent reputation over the years thanks to a long series of wines that combine the elegance typical of Asili with more vigorous fruit and tannins. The MGA, as now delimited, also includes a strip of vineyards, once part of the area known as Valle, which has always rendered wines of good structure (Carlo Boffa) if fruitier than those of the core area of Pajè.
