Fausoni

Located at a very short distance, as the crow flies, from Gallina, from which it differs both in terms of contours and exposures and in terms of the solider and more rugged style of the wines, this MGA is actually more sizeable than the current planted surface might lead one to believe. The finest, and at the moment most utilized, sites are concentrated in a rather restricted area, which coincides with the west slope at the foot of the Fausoni farmsyead, within which the Vigna del Salto stands out.
Menzioni Vigna: Del Salto.
