Cà Grossa

Although the Cà Grossa MGA covers one of the largest areas of the commune of Barbaresco in terms of total surface, the density of vineyards is among the lowest, mainly because not all slopes enjoy optimal exposure. Still, on those facing toward the east and especially southeast, Nebbiolo from good vintages (judging by the results of recent vinifications) can be very interesting, both in terms of tannic finesse and the quality of varietal expression.
