Bricco di Treiso

Treiso and Alba
Bricco di Treiso

Unquestionably one of the most fascinating crus of the entire township, in particular the southern slope, which can be viewed in all its splendor from the road which runs from Pertinace to the village of Treiso. The altitude is undoubtedly rather high (the Bricco estate is, in fact, one of the highest points of the Northern sector of this township), but this is amply compensated by the southern exposures and the notable openness of the position, which increases the luminosity and favors breezes. Advantages which translate into wines of good volume and perceptible tannic support (at times rounder and more polished, at other times more rugged).
